ESTABLISHMENT OF KULP PACKAGING MACHINERY

As a result of Mr. Cüneyt Doğrusöz’s passion for mechanical machines and automation, KULP was established to respond to the lack of diversity in packaging machinery in the Turkish market.

CONTINUOUS INNOVATION

Kulp continued to innovate by developing homogenizers, weight filling machines, tanks, and mixers to create machines suitable for its customers’ needs, improve its designs, and produce new solutions in the packaging machinery sector.

EXPERTISE IN FILLING MACHINES FOR LIQUID AND VISCOUS PRODUCTS

Understanding the demand in the sector more effectively, KULP decided to streamline its portfolio and specialize in primary packaging, making filling machines the heart of its profession.

TURKEY'S FIRST SEMI-AUTOMATIC VOLUMETRIC FILLING MACHINES

After a few years of experience, KULP made the wise decision to focus on the development of volumetric filling machines due to the weaknesses (versatility, accuracy, speed, dripping, etc.) that other filling systems possessed.

THE IMPORTANCE OF AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Valuing the longevity of its machines and its image in the competitive packaging machinery market, KULP views its customers as long-term partners and promises its buyers reactivity and efficiency. KULP takes great responsibility in providing after-sales service even for machines sold 20 years ago.

EXPERTISE IN LIQUID AND VISCOUS PRODUCTS

In both semi-automatic and automatic machines, KULP offers a wide range of options based on many features such as budget, the product to be filled, and the capacity to be reached. Now, the complete packaging process is carried out on a single line, starting from the feeding tray of empty containers, cleaning them with air, followed by product filling in an automatic filling machine with 2, 4, 6, or 8 heads—featuring an optional diving nozzle system, mixer, or double-jacketed hopper—and then foil sealing, capping, labeling, and accumulation on a collection tray.
