Technical Specifications:
Designed for cleaning glass, plastic, and tin containers using air, C.I.P., or hot water.
The system grips the moving containers on the conveyor with two clamps, rotates them 180 degrees, injects air or water into the containers, and then rotates them back 180 degrees to return them to the conveyor.
Filtered air is used to remove dust or other particles from the internal surfaces of the packaging.
A FESTO filtration system is utilized to purify the air coming from the compressor.
Offers high flexibility and simplicity for different jar sizes and can be easily integrated into any type of packaging line.
Thanks to the optional UV light tunnel, packaging is sterilized before leaving the jar cleaning machine.
