The KULP KAP 901 Semi-Automatic Capping Machine is designed to seal plastic screw caps, metal screw caps, and metal twist-off caps.
Operates via a pneumatic system.
Powered by an integrated air motor.
Features a specialized plastic mold to prevent caps from being damaged or scratched by friction during the sealing process.
Torque adjustment is performed through the pressurized air inlet.
Activation is automatic upon pressing down on the cap.
The machine stops automatically once the target torque level is reached.
The integrated balancer design makes the tool lightweight and easy to maneuver when moving between containers.
Can be easily mounted onto workbenches or integrated into existing conveyor lines.
