MACHINE FEATURES:

  • While the KULP KAP 938 does not stop the containers during the capping process (Continuous Inline Capping System), the system’s capacity can be accelerated up to 100 Caps / Minute.

  • KULP KAP 938 Automatic Capping Machine is a compact system capable of sealing various types of caps.

  • Includes an integrated cap elevator to continuously feed the caps to be sealed into the cap sorting system.

  • The sorting system features cap chutes that ensure the ordering of different sized caps and allow for a quick transition from one cap type to another.

  • The sorting system distributes the caps correctly into the cap chute and the cap pick-up tongue.

  • Each cap chute and pick-up tongue is designed as an easy-to-remove technical system to facilitate effortless transitions between cap sizes.

  • Thanks to the three pairs of counter-rotating torque-adjustable capping disks, it has the ability to seal rapidly without stopping the containers.

  • All mechanical adjustments according to the height of the packaging (cap sorter, cap chute, and cap pick-up tongue) are performed using a handwheel and a numerator.

  • Operates on round, oval, square, and rectangular packaging without requiring any modifications.
