MACHINE FEATURES:
This machine is manufactured for the fast and efficient filling of cream-topped (kaymaklı) and homogenized yogurt into plastic packaging.
The product is transferred from the milk tank to the machine’s hopper via a pump (provided by the customer). The machine suctions the milk from its hopper and performs precise volumetric filling.
During cream-topped yogurt filling, the milk is filled into the packaging by FOAMING it through a specialized filling nozzle.
The machine operates as a pneumatic system.
It features an 80-liter stainless steel hopper.
Sealing elements and piston seals are manufactured from Teflon, Viton, or Polyethylene depending on the product to be filled.
All connections are secured with tri-clamps. The machines can be disassembled to the finest detail for cleaning without the use of any tools.
Suitable for C.I.P. (Clean-In-Place) cleaning.
High surface smoothness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth within the machines.
Filling volume is easily adjusted and recorded using a handwheel and a numerator.
Thanks to its wheels, it can be easily and quickly moved and prepared for operation at any desired location.
Detailed operation and maintenance manuals are provided for each model.
MATERIALS USED IN THE MACHINE:
All surfaces in contact with the product are 316 L grade stainless steel. Other external surfaces, protective sheets, and legs are 304 grade stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
Pneumatic systems are food-grade, oil-free FESTO brand (German made).
OPERATING TEMPERATURE: +5º / +90º
FILLING ACCURACY: ±1% on the same shelf level; ±3% between the lowest and highest shelf heights.
