Our Semi-Automatic Solutions

For starting capacities, KULP’s semi-automatic filling machines are ideal. They fill from very small volumes up to 5 kg (click here to find the filling range adapted for you) with extremely precise, non-drip special nozzles.

Chocolate usually needs to be filled hot. Therefore, the hopper is double-jacketed and includes a mixer to keep the temperature level constant and the product homogeneous. These machines have a filling head with adjustable filling and priming speeds, allowing employees to fill at their own pace.

A semi-automatic capping mechanism for twist-off and screw caps can complete the semi-automatic solution to ensure a tight closure with the correct torque.
