MACHINE FEATURES:

• KULP KAP 921 Automatic Capping Machine is a compact solution designed for sealing plastic buckets or metal tin cans.

• Caps are placed manually onto the buckets and are automatically sealed by being compressed by rollers.

• The machine features 8 stainless steel rollers to compress the caps on plastic buckets.

• The rollers are positioned at the desired angle to compress the caps evenly.

• It has a height-adjustable mechanism with a handwheel and a numerator to adjust the machine according to different bucket heights.

• 3-meter quick-adjustable conveyor line.

• The side rails of the conveyor can be easily adjusted according to the width of the buckets.

• Torque adjustment is performed via the compressed air inlet.

• Operates with 380 volt / 50-60 Hz electrical power.
