MACHINE FEATURES:
Specifically designed for vertical packaging (VFFS) machines.
Suitable for filling liquid, viscous, and particulate products.
Receives signals from the main machine’s PLC for synchronized operation.
Operates using a pneumatic system.
Features a 30-liter stainless steel hopper.
The machine’s nozzle is anti-drip, and various nozzle tips are available for different packaging types.
Sealing elements and piston seals are manufactured from Teflon, Viton, or Polyethylene depending on the product to be filled.
All connections are secured with tri-clamps; the machine can be disassembled to the finest detail for cleaning without the use of any tools.
High surface smoothness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth within the machine.
Filling volume is easily adjusted and recorded using a handwheel and a numerator.

MATERIALS USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION:
All surfaces in contact with the product are 316 L grade stainless steel, while other parts are 304 grade stainless steel and aluminum.
Pneumatic systems are food-grade, oil-free FESTO brand (German made).
