Machine specifications:
The machine is a volumetric filling machine operating with a pneumatic system.
It draws the product from an 80-liter hopper, which features either standard or level control systems depending on requirements.
Weight adjustment is easily set and recorded using a handwheel and a counter.
It draws the product to be filled directly from its own hopper or can be connected underneath the production tank for direct feeding.
High surface smoothness and argon welding technology prevent bacterial growth and contamination.
Sealing elements are manufactured from Teflon, Viton, or Polyethylene materials, depending on the chemical properties and temperature of the material to be filled.
Parts on the machine are connected to each other with tri-clamps.
The nozzle, valve, and filling piston are designed for easy cleaning. They can be easily disassembled without using any tools.
Interchangeable filling nozzles are available for liquid, viscous, or granular products.
There is a drawer-type platform to place packaging during the filling process; this platform can be easily adjusted up and down according to the height of the packaging.
The machine stands on a stainless steel frame supported by 4 wheels. Thanks to its wheels, it can be quickly and easily prepared for filling at the desired location.
Tabletop and wheeled models are available.
The machine operates with 6 bar (ATÜ) compressed air; no electrical or electronic systems are used (except for stirrer and heated hopper systems).

Materials used in the machine:
All surfaces in contact with the product to be filled are made of 316 L quality stainless steel. Other external surfaces, protective sheets, and legs are made of 304 quality stainless steel and aluminum.
FESTO brand pneumatic equipment (oil-free system).
Operating temperature:
Filling can be performed from 5 ºC to 85 ºC with standard sealing gaskets, and above 90 ºC with gaskets made of special materials.

Optional joints

Wolf-mouth Nozzle
Used to transfer the product to be filled directly from the production/balance tank via a hose, without using a hopper on the machine.

CIP Compatible Cleaning System
If a CIP system is to be used for cleaning the machine; the machine will be provided with a compatible system and a spray system capable of spraying the cleaning agent (CIP) into the hopper.

Optional Filling Piston
Used to fill products in smaller volumes than the standard volume the existing filling machine can typically fill.

Double-Walled Hopper

Level Detection System
